How to use: 1. Clean your hands.  2.  Clean roller and sanitize with alcohol.  3. Allow the alcohol to dry before use.  4.  Roll 8-10 times in every direction of treatment area once a week.  5.  Be sure not to apply too much pressure (there should not be any bleeding).  6.  Apply Simply Natural's Hair & Beard Oil and massage it in.   7.  Clean and sanitize roller.  8.  Remember consistency is Key!
